As predicted in my blog article written back in March the last couple of months have indeed been super busy. As usual I’ve been photographing lots of homes and holiday accommodation in the Cornwall & Devon region – view some example here. I have also spent an exciting week on the road with a couple more photographers and a film director shooting several short movies for Hoseasons. The parks we visited were some of the finest parks in the Hoseasons portfolio:
My role for the week was “film cameraman”. Specific parks were selected for the shoot to show off the range of stunning and varied holiday accommodation Hoseasons offer. Faweather is a park suited to couples looking for a secluded, peaceful retreat, Bainland provides great facilities and activities that will entertain the whole family (fencing, archery, zorbing, golf…) and Heathside is aimed at families who want a more peaceful experience in the countyside.
It would appear that these days holiday-makers want hot-tubs! Virtually every lodge on every park we visited comes with it’s own hot-tub – something I was quite happy to take advantage of after each day’s shooting – ahhh.
All the footage was shot using high-end digital slr bodies and lenses. I’ll post the finished article when the edit is finalised.
Other recent assignments include several elevated shoots for estate agencies in the Southwest, a splendid 5oth birthday celebration at the beautiful Scarlet Hotel in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall and a couple of solar farms on the Lizard Peninsula and St Austell area in Cornwall.
To accompany this article I’ve added a handful of recent photographs to give a flavour of what I’ve been up to. You can view all the images in my portfolio here.
